Shipping policy

Please allow for 1-3 business days (handling time) prior to shipping.

We ship Monday through Friday via UPS and USPS.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to provide photos of the damaged goods, so that we can file an insurance claim. Orders that are damaged during transit will be replaced. 

Coconut wax can be sensitive to heat, causing the wax to sweat. This is a normal occurrence.
