Minimum Order

• Opening order: 12 candles (mix & match permitted).
• Reorders: 6 candles minimum.

Payment

• Payment is due in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.
• Net 30 terms may be considered for approved partners (subject to credit review).

Production & Shipping

• Processing time: 2–10 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders ship from Chicago, IL via UPS or USPS. Shipping cost is based on weight and destination.
• Transit delays by the carrier are outside our control.

Taxes

• A valid Resale Certificate or Tax ID (EIN) is required for tax-exempt wholesale purchasing.
• Accounts without valid exemption may be subject to applicable sales tax.

Returns & Damages

• All wholesale sales are final.
• Report damaged/defective items within 5 business days of delivery with photos.
• Replacement or credit is issued at our discretion after review.

Branding & Resale

• Products must be sold as branded by Forty One Sixteen Home Fragrance.
• Re-labeling or repackaging requires prior written approval.
• Third-party marketplace resale (Amazon, Etsy, eBay, etc.) is not permitted without written consent.
